How to make a reservation
About internet reservations
  • The second round of orders on DOLKSTATION (online shop) will begin on Friday, March 15th, 2019 at 7:00 (fri).
  • Reservations close on Sunday, March 31 (Sun) 2019 at 23:59.
  • "Touken Ranbu-ONLINE-" Mikazuki Munechika Cast doll can be reserved by purchasing from the cart at DOLKSTATION (online shop).
  • Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card. Depending on your credit card contract, you may also be able to choose to pay in installments.
    (※Cash on delivery is not available)
  • Once your reservation is complete, we will send you a confirmation email. Once you receive this email, your reservation will be complete.
Important Notice
  • Prices are listed without tax. Tax will be included at the time of payment.
  • We do not accept reservations over the phone.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • The item will not be reserved when it is in your cart. Your reservation will be completed once you receive the order completion email.
  • Separate shipping charges will be incurred to your delivery address.

  • Reservations can be made at DOLK stores nationwide. The second round of in-store orders will begin (sat), March 16, 2019 at 12:00.
  • The reservation deadline is (Sun) March 31, 2019.
  • Payment can be made by cash or credit card. Depending on your credit card contract, you may also be able to choose to pay in installments.
    (※Cash on delivery is not available)
  • The end of orders will be announced on this website and on the official Twitter accounts of each store.

We cannot accept returns of products for reasons other than initial defects.

Depending on the order situation, we may limit the number of orders per person.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been received more than one week ago, even if they are defective upon delivery.

Repairs other than for defects will be handled by our after-sales service.
