There are three main materials for dolls: soft vinyl, resin, and bisque. Each material has its own advantages and disadvantages, and the maintenance method also changes.
Many of the manufacturers that DOLK deals with make dolls that are made from resin material and are known as Cast doll.

Soft Vinyl- Made of lightweight soft vinyl. It can be mass-produced, so the selling price is relatively reasonable. The downside is that the color transfers easily.

Resin Doll- This product is suitable for small-scale production and is somewhat expensive.
It is vulnerable to damage and breaks easily. Most general doll products are made from resin.

Bisque doll- This doll is an antique, artistic, and rare material. It is made of ceramic, so it is very vulnerable to damage and must be handled with care. It is characterized by its resistance to color transfer from clothing.
There are four main materials used to make doll eyes: glass, acrylic, silicone, and resin.
Glass eyes and resin eyes are particularly popular. Glass eyes have the advantage of beautiful light reflection, while resin eyes are easy to make.

Glass Eye- They are made of glass and feature a high dome that allows light to easily enter the doll's eyes. They are common for doll eyes. They are often handmade by artisans, so they are somewhat expensive.

Acrylic Eye- These eyes are made of a relatively inexpensive plastic material. The irises and pupils are mainly printed, allowing for a wide range of designs, including anime-like designs.

Silicon Eye- The soft silicone material used for the eyes allows for a high degree of freedom in expression. One of the characteristics of this material is the high realism of the whites of the eyes.

Resin Eye- These doll eyes are made using resin as part of the material. They are easy to make and come in many varieties, such as using a different material in the center of the eye or printing a pattern on paper for the pupil.
Wigs have different hair quality and texture depending on the material, and the care method also changes. Heat-resistant materials can be used naturally, while mohair can easily retain its shape and can be styled in various ways.
