• ❸ Receive an order confirmation email

  In this case, DOLK points will not be awarded.
• *To make a reservation at a DOLK store, please visit the store during the order period and tell the staff directly.

About online reservations

• ・Reservations will close if the planned quantity is reached, even during the order period.
• Depending on the order situation, we may limit the number of orders per person.
• -Payment methods available are credit card, bank transfer, convenience store payment, and Amazon Pay.
• - Regarding payment timing, for "Credit card" and "Amazon Pay" payments will be made when your order is confirmed.
  For "bank transfer" and "convenience store payment", please make payment within 7 days of receiving the payment instructions email.
• ・We do not accept reservations over the phone. Please make your reservation through the cart on the product details page.
• ・The item is not yet reserved when it is added to your cart. Once you have completed your payment and received an order confirmation email, your reservation will be complete (item will be reserved).
• ・When ordering, domestic shipping fees will be charged separately from the product price. For details on shipping fees, please refer to the table in "About Shipping Fees" under "When ordering dolls and body parts from domestic manufacturers."

Returns and Cancellations

• ・Due to the nature of made-to-order products, we do not accept cancellations after payment has been completed. Please consider carefully before placing your order.
• ・We cannot accept returns of products for reasons other than initial defects. In addition, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of products that have been delivered more than one week ago, even if they are defective.
• - Repairs other than initial defects will be handled by our after-sales service after the product is delivered.

• *Delivery times are tentative. There may be delays due to production conditions, weather, unforeseen circumstances, etc. In that case, we will notify you on this website.
