About Payment Methods

  • About reservations with two installments(Online only)

    • The two-month payment plan is available for the online reservation of "Touken Ranbu-ONLINE-" Tsurumaru Kuninaga Cast doll (Order on the DOLK STATION product page) is available only.
      Please note that this cannot be used for in-store reservations.
    • Regarding the payment amount, the first payment will be half of the total price of the product (129,800 yen including tax) and domestic shipping fee (depending on the region) when the reservation is confirmed.     • Payment methods include bank transfer and credit card. Please use the same payment method for the first and second payments. Cash on delivery is not available.
    • Cancellation is not possible after the first payment.
    • Once the product is ready to be delivered, we will send you an email with instructions on how to make the second payment. Please follow the instructions and make your payment by the due date.
    • Regarding your order details and points, the total amount will be changed at the time of shipment and points will be awarded.
    • If you do not make the second payment within one month of receiving the second payment notification, we will assume that you have abandoned ownership of the product. Please note that we will not refund any payments you have already made.

  • Once you have made a reservation and paid the fee (either in full or in the first installment), cancellations cannot be accepted.

  • We cannot accept returns of products for reasons other than initial defects.
  • Depending on the order situation, we may limit the number of orders per person.
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been received more than one week ago, even if they are defective upon delivery.
