You can register as a member on DOLK STATION. Membership registration is free of charge. As a member, you can enjoy various services in addition to making purchases.

During the pre-order period, you can place an order for the product on the website.

Add the relevant item to your cart on DOLK STATION's website and proceed with the necessary steps to complete the process.

Receive an order completion email

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order completion email. Upon receiving this email, your order will be confirmed.

Please wait for the product to arrive.

It may take 1 year to 1 year and a half for the product to be delivered.

    • The first round of pre-orders on DOLKSTATION (online shop) will start on August 10th, 2023 (Thursday) from 19:00 onwards.
      If the pre-order limit is reached during the first round, the orders will be closed, and the second round of pre-orders will begin.
    • The deadline for the first round of orders is until September 10, 2023, 23:59 (Sunday).
      ※ Regardless of the order period, the orders will be closed once the planned quantity is reached.
    • Even during the reservation period, the reservation may end without notice once the planned quantity is reached.
    • You can place an order through cart purchase on DOLK STATION (online shop).
    • Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card.
      Depending on your credit card contract, installment payment option may be available.
      (*Cash on delivery is not available.)
    • Upon completing your reservation, we will send you a reservation completion email. After receiving the email, your reservation will be confirmed.

    Important Notice

    • Separate shipping fees will be incurred for delivery to the specified address.
    • We do not accept reservations over the phone.
    • Full payment of the product price is required at the time of reservation (order).
    • Adding items to the cart does not secure the products. Your reservation will be completed after receiving the order confirmation email.
