Awen's wigs are made from mohair, and due to the nature of the material, shedding of fibers and short hairs (flyaways) may occur.
Please note that this is a characteristic of mohair wigs and is not considered a product defect, therefore it is not eligible for return.
This product has a fixed hairstyle.
If you unpack or modify the set yourself, we will not be able to accept exchanges or returns.
• Due to the manual processes involved in the manufacturing process, there may be slight variations between individual items. We hope you will appreciate the unique characteristics of each piece.
