We will ship your order within 3 business days after confirming your payment.
  • DOLK STATION is only open on weekdays.

For Pre-order items

  • For special order items that are not in stock, we will place the order once payment has been confirmed.
  • Regarding payment deadlines for limited-time items and special orders from our store, they are different from normal deadlines and are stated on each product page. Please check in advance.
  • Please note that we cannot accept cancellations after payment has been made.

Defective Products

Regarding Returns and Refunds

When you receive the product, please be sure to check the product and the purchase receipt (delivery note).
If you find any discrepancies with the products or delivery contents, please contact us within 7 days of delivery using the inquiry form on your My Page to let us know your name, email address, order number, and the condition of the product.

In cases where returns are not allowed

We will not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
  • Reasons such as significant scratches on the paint (such as partial peeling on eyebrows or lips) or differences in the image (shading of makeup)
    • All makeup is done by hand, so there may be slight differences.
    • Please note that the color and texture of the product may appear different from the actual color due to the nature of computer displays.
    • If the item is damaged during shipping, the shipping company will need to collect the item, so please be sure to contact us before returning the item.
  • This product cannot be worn if it is worn with products from a different manufacturer.
    • Example) Putting BJDCROBI's clothes (for 65cm dolls) on a SOUL DOLL's (70cm doll)
  • Customers have made mistakes when it comes to size and color of products
  • Products other than initial defects or incorrect delivery
  • Products that have been used once
  • If the product becomes scratched or dirty after it arrives
