    Regarding your question, we would like to inform you as follows:

    As you may know, the makeup option "No Face Up" is like the product image [17th image].
    Refers to the "no makeup" state.

    If you would like a pre-made head like those shown in the product images [1-12] and [18],
    Please select "Face Up" from the options.

    In addition, if you select "No Parts Painting" in the parts makeup option for the ear parts,
    It will be in an unpainted state as shown in the product image [15th image].
    If you select "Parts Painting", the part will be painted as shown in the product image [16th image].

    For your reference, we would like to explain the notation on our product pages.
    ■About makeup
    All doll products in our shop are delivered without makeup unless otherwise specified.
    Like this product, there are some products where you can choose makeup as an option, and some products include makeup in the set.
    *Products that include makeup in their set will state this clearly.

    ■About "Full Set" products
    Some products are sold as a full set, including wig and costume, as shown in the image.
