Important Details

					
◉About black dots:
If black dots are visible on the front or prominent parts of the doll's face from a distance of about 50 cm, they are eligible for after-sales service. However, inconspicuous parts such as the head cover or behind the ears are not covered. Black dots visible from a distance of 50 cm on the body are also eligible for after-sales service, and the outer skin (PVC) of the relevant parts can be replaced. If you find any dirt, gently wipe it off with a melamine sponge.

◉About independence:
If you experience problems such as the doll not being able to stand on its own, the shoulder height not matching, or the legs being different lengths, the joints may be misaligned. In this case, adjust the joints in the chest parts and check that each part is connected correctly.

◉ About quality:
Due to manufacturing reasons, the thickness of the outer shell may not be uniform, and air bubbles or black spots may appear inside. Gate marks and uneven molding (weld lines) are also phenomena in the manufacturing process and are not quality issues, so they are not covered by the A/S. Manual marks on the eye holes, neck holes, and head caps, and caps that do not fit "perfectly" are also not covered. If you are concerned about the looseness of the head cap, warming it in hot water for about 30 seconds may restore it to its original shape.

◉ Regarding the effects of temperature changes:
If the doll is exposed to high temperatures in summer or sunlight for a long time during transportation, it may feel soft. In this case, store it in a cool place for about 2 hours or in the refrigerator for about 1 hour and it will return to its hardness. If it becomes deformed due to low temperatures in winter, it may be possible to restore it by warming it up with a hair dryer or by soaking it in warm water for about 1 minute.

◉ About the color difference issue:
