How much is shipping?

EMS shipping costs vary depending on the delivery area and package size. For details, please check the shipping fee displayed when you place an order.

  • Non-standard mail: 350 JPY
  • Delivery by courier: Dolls and body parts: 700 yen to 3,500 yen depending on delivery address
    For items other than dolls and body parts, 700 to 1,200 yen depending on the delivery address
    (For cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of 350 yen)
  • EMS Shipping Fee: 1,500 to 19,500 JPY depending on rank

How long does it take for In-Stock Items items to arrive?

Please allow 7 to 10 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) from shipping to delivery.

Please use regular mail, non-standard mail, or cash on delivery.

In order to avoid any issues regarding damage or loss during shipping, we do not accept shipping methods that are not insured.

However, if you order just one item that is not a doll or doll parts, we can ship it via non-standard mail.

Can I combine multiple orders into a single shipment?

We do not offer combined shipping for individual orders with different order numbers.

We cannot handle items that have already been shipped, so please contact the shipping company directly.

Even if you request a specific delivery date and time, the delivery may fall outside the shipping company's specified range due to your location.
