  • If the parcel is delivered to a delivery box, the delivery completion date will be the date of delivery.
  • Both contact and return will be invalid if more than 7 days have passed.

Return Policy

Regarding product returns, we will review your inquiry and provide instructions for the return and refund process. Please follow our directions to return the product for cash on delivery. Be sure to mark any differences (by circling or drawing a line) and include the delivery note with the item. If you wish to exchange an item, please wait for our guidance on the exchange procedure before sending it back.

  • Please note that if you return the item with prepaid postage, we cannot refund the postage costs you have paid.

Important Notice

If the item is returned without any prior notice, or if it is returned before we provide you with instructions on how to proceed, we may not be able to assist you.
Even if a wrong delivery has occurred, we cannot respond if the following applies:

  • Sale items, special price items, lucky bags
  • Products that have been received more than 8 days prior, which is marked by the delivery completion date (or the date it was placed in your delivery box)
  • Products with tags or labels removed
  • Products whose packaging (bags, boxes, etc.) are missing or damaged
  • Products that have been used
  • Products that have become smelly, dirty, scratched, or otherwise defective while in the customer's possession
  • ・Sale items, special price items, lucky bags
  • ・If more than 8 days have passed since you received the item, which is marked by the delivery completion date (or the date it was placed in your delivery box)
  • ・Products with tags and labels removed
