If Your Order Has Not Yet Been Shipped

If the order status in "Order History" on "My Page" is "Product Confirmation" or "Awaiting Payment", you can change the shipping address and specified date.
Please contact DOLK STATION customer support and we will guide you through the change procedure.

If Your Order Has Already Been Shipped

If the order status in the "Order History" on "Your Account" is "Shipped," DOLK STATION cannot assist you. Please contact Sagawa Express. For smoother inquiries, please use the "Inquiry Number" provided in the shipping completion email.
