Characteristics of doll and doll parts products

About Doll Makeup
The make-up on the dolls is done by hand, so there are individual differences. Each doll is slightly different, and there are no two alike. Please think of each product as a one-of-a-kind item.
About resin materials
Resin is a type of resin that may yellow (discolor) over time if exposed to ultraviolet rays (sunlight, etc.) for a long period of time. To prevent yellowing (discoloration), store the product away from direct sunlight.
About the packaging (outer box, box)
Since doll products are shipped from overseas, the packaging may be slightly damaged during shipping. Please note that this is not eligible for return or exchange.

About the unique smell of the material
Please note that products made from natural materials, natural fur, or rubber may have a smell unique to the material, but this is not a defect.
Regarding products using natural fur
Products that use natural fur are different from ready-made products in that there are individual differences in hair color, hair length, hair density, hair flow, etc., and they may differ slightly from the product images. This is due to the unique texture of natural fur and is not a defect.
Please note that we do not consider a product to be defective even if there is a small amount of hair loss.
About fold wrinkles
We store our products in the same condition as they were delivered by the manufacturer in our warehouse. Products stored folded may have creases, but these are not considered defective products. Please be aware of this in advance.
