Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

Even if the product is defective, we will not accept returns if it is returned without prior notice or if the following conditions apply:

  • Sale items, special price items, lucky bags
  • Products that have been received more than 8 days prior, which is marked by the delivery completion date (or the date it was placed in your delivery box)
  • Products with tags or labels removed
  • Products whose packaging (bags, boxes, etc.) are missing or damaged
  • Products that have been used
  • Products that have become smelly, dirty, scratched, or otherwise defective while in the customer's possession
