Return Policy

Regarding product returns, we will review your inquiry and provide instructions for the return and refund process. Please follow our directions to return the product for cash on delivery. Be sure to mark any differences (by circling or drawing a line) and include the delivery note with the item. If you wish to exchange an item, please wait for our guidance on the exchange procedure before sending it back.

  • Please note that if you return the item with prepaid postage, we cannot refund the postage costs you have paid.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange an item, we will first check the stock status of the item you ordered and then provide you with instructions for the exchange process. Please return the item as directed. In the rare event that the item you ordered is out of stock, we will either refund your payment or help you change your order.

Important Notice

If the item is returned without any prior notice, or if it is returned before we provide you with instructions on how to proceed, we may not be able to assist you.
Even if there is a defect, we cannot respond if the following applies:

  • Sale items, special price items, lucky bags
  • Products that have been received more than 8 days prior, which is marked by the delivery completion date (or the date it was placed in your delivery box)
  • Products with tags or labels removed
  • Products whose packaging (bags, boxes, etc.) are missing or damaged
  • Products that have been used
  • Products that have become smelly, dirty, scratched, or otherwise defective while in the customer's possession
