[This is service for DOLK members who live in Japan only.] You can check the status of your order in "Order History" on "Your Account".

Status Icons

In "Order Status", icons are displayed according to the status.

Regular Order

Icon Status
Currently checking the product availability.
Waiting for payment for the product.
*This will not be displayed if payment is by credit card.
Waiting for the product to arrive.
The items you ordered have now arrived and have been shipped from our store.

Proxy Order

Icon Status
We are confirming with the manufacturer if the item can be purchased on behalf (proxy order). If approved, we will send you a quotation email.
We are currently waiting for your payment. This will be displayed until we have confirmed your payment. If you have paid by credit card, this will also be displayed until your payment procedure is complete.
We have placed an order with the manufacturer and are waiting for the product to arrive.
The items you ordered have now arrived and have been shipped from our store.

After-Sales Service

Icon Status
We are currently checking the details of your request. Once your request is ready, we will send you a quote via email.
We are currently waiting for your payment of the maintenance fee. This will be displayed until we have confirmed your payment. If you have paid by credit card, this will also be displayed until your payment procedure is complete.
The product you sent us is currently undergoing maintenance by the manufacturer (or DOLK) and parts are being ordered.
The products for which maintenance has been completed have been shipped from our store.
