How to Use Your AccountMembership Services

[This is service for DOLK members who live in Japan only.] DOLK Member can use the members-only service "Your Account" free of charge.

Access to Your Account

You can access your My Page by logging in via the "Sign In" link at the top or bottom of the page.

To access Your Account, please log in from the menu in the header, then use your member ID name when the member menu appears.


Services Available on Your Account

Your Account provides the following services that are available only to members.

MyDoll You can register up to three dolls to display on the "MyDoll Page" and edit their profiles (name, date of birth, and notes).
Favorite

Favorite Maker

You can register up to three manufacturers of your choice. Once you register, the latest information will be delivered to you as top page content (after you log in as a member).

Favorite Stores

You can register up to three DOLK store nationwide. Once you register, the latest information will be sent to you via email and on Your Account.
Point Book

You can check the points allocation, usage history, and expiration date in a list.

Order History You can check the order status and details.
Member Info You can change your registration information, add a shipping address, etc.
Proxy Order You can request to order products from Maker that are not available at DOLK STATION. Applications and estimates are free of charge.

After-Sales Service If you have any problems with your dolls purchased from DOLK STATION, you can apply for repairs or replacements. Applications and estimates are free of charge.

Inquiry History You can check the history of the inquiries you have made via the "Inquiries" section on Your Account or the "Q&A Board" on the product details page, as well as the replies you have received from DOLK STATION.
Withdrawal Membership You can cancel DOLK Member.
Contact Us You can send inquiries to DOLK STATION. You can check the history of your inquiries in "Inquiry Information".
